• What is the impact to my end users?

  Defederating requires that users reset their password to login to their account. Our team will provide a temporary password for each user and they'll be prompted for a new password when they login the first time after the defederation takes place.

• Will I need to reinstall Microsoft Office or Microsoft Outlook?

  No, you won't need to reinstall Microsoft Office or Microsoft Outlook, however some users may be prompted to sign in and reactivate their subscription.

• Do I need to pay for additional licenses?

  In most cases, no. Our team can review your license usage and provide your company with a Microsoft 365 subscription that best meets your needs. We also offer options for email security, email backup, technical support, and more.

• What options do you offer for email security?

  We offer Microsoft Defender for Office 365 to protect your company from spam, malware, and other security threats. Additional fees will apply based on licensing and setup requirements.

• What options do you offer for email backup?

  We offer Acronis Cloud Backup for Microsoft 365 to provide your with automated backup and archival of your entire Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Additional fees will apply based on licensing and setup requirements.

• How does your team access our account?

  To properly execute your migration, you will need access to your Global Admin account to create a service account for our team. Once the migration is completed, you can remove that service account.
